She has spent her entire life in the science and study of biology - of body movements and the art of identifying specific exercises chosen just for you to help round out your total body balance, and strength and to help prevent injuries- as well as to improve your overall fitness by measuring and maximizing your oxygen consumption.
She has made an enormous difference in my life and enjoyment in my golf game and preventing injuries in my singles pickleball tournaments.
Her work with me has allowed me to stand and operate all day and not get hurt on the weekend during my active days
As a physician and a personal trainer myself, Heather is in the top 1% in her field and she receives my highest recommendation

I’ve been working with Heather for a couple of years now with great results. My increased strength and balance are noticeable in my everyday life and have made me better in other activities like golf and yoga. She’s very friendly (but a good motivator) and extremely knowledgeable about the structure and function of the body, designing a program for me that’s realistic to maintain and that addresses my goals. I recommend Heather without reservation!

Heather helped me become much more fit, more coordinated, and far more aware of how to manage my body. I love hearing about her academic papers and findings and how they translated into the work we are doing together. Though I’m rather bookish (and have written two fairly academic books), under her tutelage, I learned to love working out. That was a change and a victory. I absolutely recommend working with Heather.

Heather has helped me recover from several major and minor injuries - from bilateral knee replacement as well as in my spinal surgery in my lower back and neck.
I’m able to sleep through the night with no pain and recover unable to do it again the next day because of Heather’s exercise and plan that is helping me recover faster and prevent further injuries
and all this a secondary to Heather‘s personalized fitness program she designed just for me
she receives my absolute highest recommendation and as a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon - Dr. Robert C., 64
I was advised to see a physiologist after I finished therapy for my rotator cuff and bicep surgery. I've been more than active for decades and needed to move beyond therapy back to regular physical activity safely. Heather identified not only my needs for these injuries, but also incorporated exercise and weekly programming addressing my breast cancer history. She created an individualized program was specifically tailored for me. She knew my injuries, understood my concerns and developed a program that would address my goals. The beauty of it was that as we worked together, she adapted to my physicality in real time. She changed things according to where I was and challenged me. I learned alignment, proper form, and discipline so that I know how to avoid injuries. I could only learn this from a gifted and talented expert. I'm looking forward to the years ahead in very good conditioning, overall muscle strength, and balance. - Nico J., 60
I'd tried gyms, apps, and YouTube workouts for years and always quit within a month. Working with Heather is completely different. Every session is actually fun - as fun as exercise can be of course - I look forward to going, which I never thought I'd say. The programming is smart and progressive, and I never feel like just another client. She genuinely understands where I am coming from and adapts everything to my life. Six months in, I'm stronger than I've ever been, I sleep better, and I finally feel like fitness is just part of who I am. Worth every penny. - Sarah M., 38
